Casa Verde sits in a beautiful exotic garden measuring almost one acre of private grounds. The three-bedroom pine wood house features breathtaking ocean and mountain views. Located only 5 minutes from downtown Uvita, the national park and beach of Bahia Ballena as well as Playa Hermosa and a fast array of restaurants and tourist attractions, you do not have to compromise on convenience while still being away from the hassle and amidst nature and tranquility.
The house has two decks with spectacular ocean and rain forest ridge views. Casa Verde is equipped with an American standard bathroom including a PD and bath tub. Air Condition units are featured in each room for your comfort. The kitchen has a full fridge, microwave and oven. Two of the three bedrooms have ocean views, the third has Mountain View.
A caretaker lives nearby, who may assist you if you have questions or problems. There are also two horses on the property (Pumo & Gavilan), who can be rented upon request and at your own risk. The pool and pool house with a ping-pong table and BBQ as well as several day beds and sofa surrounded by tropical flowers is available for your use.

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

50% of total amount due is to be paid upon reservation; remaining 50% is to be paid on first day of arrival.
