If you crave the beauty and serenity of nature, peace and quiet, privacy, and a chance to see deer and wild turkey close-up - our cottage is right for you. We are 15 minutes from Oneonta and just a short scenic drive from Oneonta to Cooperstown. The cottage sits in a clearing on 11 acres of woods, perfect for bird watching with hiking and walking trails. The only sound you will hear at night is the sound of crickets. This cottage is a great get-away. You can relax and swim in our 20'x 40' heated pool, enjoy a picnic with an outdoor gas grill by the cottage, or have access to many fine, inexpensive, off the beaten path restaurants in the area.

What we offer is a vacation experience you will want to repeat. We are a romantic getaway, pet friendly as well as a non-smoking establishment. The cottage sleeps 1-6, with two bedrooms (a queen and the other with twins). There is a comfortable living room with a TV/VCR and a phone to make reservations wherever you might want to go. We have a fully equipped kitchen (including pots, pans, dishes, blender and coffee maker), a full bathroom with tub and shower, and the living room has two comfortable hotel quality singles. Ceiling fans cool the bedrooms and there is a heating system for chilly nights. Quilts, linens and towels are provided. A canoe is available for trips along the nearby Susquehanna and Unadilla rivers and for fishing on Lake Otsego in Cooperstown.
