Torre is a stone tower with three-bedrooms. It is on five levels. Built into the hillside, there are two ground floors. On the lower level there is a small, fully equipped kitchen with a door to a small patio area. Stairs lead up to a living/dining room with a fireplace and a door to the garden area with a table and chairs for dining al fresco. Steep stone steps lead up to the bedrooms.

Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Cancellation and early termination:
Termination is only accepted in writing. The date applicable is the day the document is received by the advertiser.
If the tenant terminates the contract up 10 weeks before the rental period starts, the booking deposit, minus Euro 30,00 for administration costs, is refunded.
On receipt of the cancellation letter less than 10 weeks before the rental period, the entire amount of booking deposit will be charged.
If the owner is able to re-let the property for the same period, the deposit will be valid to book a stay on a different date.

In case of delayed arrival the whole rental price is due.
In case of anticipated departure the whole rental price is due.
