The Villa Sa Caleta is located in one of the Most Wonderful and Exclusive places of the island of Majorca, in a luxury area, surrounded by pines that support your intimacy, to scanty 50m of the sea.
Sa Caleta is a house built with taste and in the purest Majorcan style, the decoration combines wisely the elegance of the Majorcan furniture, pictures of renowned local painters, with the comfort of the modern details that will make your stay more pleasant in the house.
The Costa de los Pinos Area is located in Son Servera Village to approximately 4 Km from the urban nucleus , to 2 km from Cola Bona and to 4 of Cala Millor. To only 500m of 2 wonderful coves (small beaches) little known, the Torrent dels Morts and it is Rivell, ideal for the children, with crystalline waters and corners where to play without the danger of getting lost. To 1 Km there is the beach of the Coast of the Pines and to 4 that of Cala Millor.
For the lovers of the golf The Golf Club is to 1km and to only 4 km Pula Golf, to 15 km they are that of Canyamel and to 20 km that of Arta.
There are many possibilities of practising different Sports : Aquatics , Equine ( There are Wonderful messes of horses in Artá and in capdepera ).
Cala Bona with its small Fishing Port , Cala Millor with its Sandy Beaches , They are different of the local possibilities , its beaches, Walks, Shops, Restaurants , offer variation and amusement to the visitors.

Accomodation

Sa Caleta Villa lies in a 1.200mª area and has Central Heating in everywhere. It is distributed in 2 independents Levels:
The First Floor or Main House (for 6 people) and the Ground Floor or Guest House (for 4 people).
Both houses are rented together for 10 people.
There are availability of 1 Extra bed, 1 Cot, 1 high chair and Fans. Internet conection.

The Main House (420 m²)

Located on the First Floor is also distributed in 2 Levels:

Ground Floor:

A very cozy Lounge area with Fire Place, very Elegantly decorated has Satellite TV, DVD, CD and direct access to the Covered Terrace of 30 mª, along the whole House, with views over the Garden and the Private Swimming Pool.

A spacious Dining Room with Majorcan table for 10 persons placed next to a great large window.

The kitchen is completely equipped with Dishwasher, Glass Cooker, Electrical Oven, microwave etc.

The Main Suite with 1 bed of 2m x 2m
+1 Complete bathroom en Suite with Tub.

On The First Floor:
You have a very nice sea view between the Pines.

Guest House (120 m²)

Located in the low part of the house with independent entry and direct access to the swimming pool and garden.

The lounge has Dining room equipped for 6 persons, in the lounge area there is a Fire Place that creates an agreeable and hospitable environment, TV-SAT and direct access to the terrace.

The Kitchen is totally equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooker, electrical oven etc.

1 double bedrooms with 1 bed of 1.35m x 1.80m.
1 double room with two beds of 0.90m x 1.80m.

1 complete bathroom with Tub.

Private Swimming Pool surrounded by an elegant Garden with palms and grass. Hammocks, Parasols and furniture of garden will make your stay more comfortable and relaxed.
The Barbecue, behind the house, give you the possibility of spending unforgettable moments in the hot nights of summer.

Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed we need a written notification by fax or email.
Cancellation fees for PERIOD BEFORE DEPARTURE DURING WHICH TIME NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED:
- More than 90 days from arrival date: 30% of total price.
- More than 30 days up to 90 days from arrival date : 60% of total price.
- 30 days or less : 100% of total price.
If you cancel or change your booking a administration fee of 60 € will be charged in addition to above cancellation fees.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you a accommodation of a similar or higher standard, subject to availability. If the available alternatives are not acceptable to you we will refund in full the cost of the accomadation.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking under the following circumstances:
If the client or one of the persons within the group or family conciously damage the house or the facilities of the house. In this case the remaining rental price will not be refunded.
If the deposit or full balance is not paid by the required date and no answer is received after sending a reminder with a fixed deadline.

When booking this accommodation, travellers will be required to accept the terms and conditions of a booking agreement in addition to the prepayment and cancellation policies shown above. To see the agreement, click here.

PAYMENTS

After closing the contract and after receiving the assertion of the client, this one will have to pay 25 % of the entire amount by bank transfer like initial payment and as a deposit. Normally we give a term of 3 days to do the bank transfer and for to send us the copy of the same one by fax or by e-mail.
The remaining amount will have to be full at least 30 days before the day of arrival.
When between the closing of the contract and the arrival of the clients here are less than 40 days, the entire amount will have to be paid in the course of 3 days and also by transfer bank. If this amount or the deposit has not been paid, the client has not any right and Dream's Mallorca is not forced to give him his services.
The reservation will not be effective until we receive by e-mail or by fax the voucher of the payment authorization of the transfer bank.
If you want to make your payment by credit card ( Visa, Master Card, Maestro,...) will cost an additional 1% on the total cost of your booking. In this case you will need to sign an authorization , that previously we will send you , with your Credit Card Details authorizing to us to draw of your bank account the 25% when you reserve, within 3 days and the Rest of the payment 4 weeks before your arrival.
