"Poggi del Chianti" is a farm personally managed by its owners, up the Monti del Chianti next to Badia a Coltibuono. Our biological product are Extra Virgin Olive Oil , Wines IGT and Chianti D.O.C.G., and Valdarno's chicken. Two hills “Montaio” and “Morellino” very quietly located in the famous wine region of Chianti at 2 km from the village of Cavriglia. At the houses you're surrounded by olive trees and cypresses and will enjoy a magnificent view. This is an ideal starting point to visit Florence, Siena, Arezzo and Cortona. In the Chianti area there are some interesting castles like Gaiole, Vertine, Brolio, Radda, Castellina...The apartments are equipped with kitchen, w.c. with shower, Wi-fi, barbecue, garden and swimming pools. Guided tasting sessions and cookery courses.

Should you wish to amend your holiday, we will do our best to make the
necessary adjustments. However, the following rules apply:
- If you cancel more than 8 weeks before your arrival and we find another
tenant* we will refund all monies paid, less 10% for cancellation charges.
- If you cancel more than 8 weeks from arrival and we do not find another
tenant then there is not refund.
- If you cancel between 8 and 4 weeks before your arrival and we find
another tenant* then we will refund monies paid, less 50%for cancellation
charges.
- If you cancel between 8 and 4 weeks before your arrival and we do not
find another tenant* then there is no refund.
- If you cancel less than 4 weeks before your arrival and we find another
tenant* then we will refund all monies paid less 90% for cancellation
charges.
- If you cancel less than 4 weeks before your arrival and we do not find
another tenant* then there is no refund.
*Please note that for bookings of over one week, we will refund you only the
portion of weeks we have been able to re-book
